?? Celebrating 50 Years of Dedication and Sisterhood! ?? Andrea Boley (Delta Phi-Indiana U. of Pennsylvania) recently marked an incredible milestone—50 years with Alpha Phi! A complete surprise, Andrea was honored by collegiate and alumnae sisters from Florida Tech and North Florida with a special ceremony to celebrate this momentous occasion. Andrea has always been a proud Alpha Phi member, wearing something with Alpha Phi on it every day, and continues to inspire through her dedication to the Fraternity. Since 2014, Andrea has served as the CCA for Florida Tech and North Florida, supporting and guiding chapters while building strong bonds with both collegians and alumnae. "Alpha Phi is for a lifetime," Andrea shared. Her leadership and commitment are an inspiring example of how Alpha Phi is much more than a collegiate experience; it's a lifelong sisterhood. We are grateful for Andrea’s contributions and the positive impact she’s made on countless sisters. Here's to many more years of leadership, love and sisterhood! ??

In today’s digital age, we’re constantly surrounded by technology, from checking our phones in the morning to unwinding at night with screens. Prolonged exposure to low-quality digital content can lead to mental fatigue and anxiety. Here are a few practices to develop healthy digital habits: ??Curate your content: Follow uplifting, educational accounts. ??Use the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes of screen time, take a 20-second break to focus on something 20 feet away. ??Set screen time limits: Let your phone help manage your time. ??Prioritize sleep: Avoid screens before bed for better rest. ??Engage in screen-free activities: Hobbies, exercise, and in-person connections with your Alpha Phi alumnae community can recharge your mind.
