Hey, I’m Kyle. I’ve spent the last 17 years building, scaling, failing, and winning in high-growth software.

I’m currently serving as CMO at Docebo, where we’re helping companies transform learning with AI.

Before that, I led marketing at Jellyfish. Earlier in my career, I had the pleasure of building Lessonly—we grew to 230+ people and changed many lives after our acquisition.

I’ve also been fortunate to lead teams at Seismic, OpenView, Salesforce, and ExactTarget. But most importantly, I’m a father to two wonderful boys, an energetic dog, and the owner of one too many books on World War II.

      - Launched "Golden Llama" culture campaign (we've mailed over 1000 golden llamas since January 2018). The original campaign was so successful that we decided to build the golden llama into our campaign journeys.
      - We spent 6 months building a process around monthly product launches which has led to successful launches starting in April 2018.
      - Moved the SDR team under marketing in August 2018 which led to a doubling a meeting counts across outbound SMB and Upmarket

      2017
      - Directly sourced 40% of total net new ARR through Inbound channels over 2017 (70% of $ coming from organic)
      - Influenced 100% of closed-won business using field marketing events, trade shows, direct mail and advertising.
      - Completely overhauled internal project management process and moved the team to agile methodology. Moved entire team to Trello, complete daily stand-ups and quarterly sprints.
