This is a premium travel card correct? Here in the UK the card has an annual fee of around ￡650 (similar to the US $695 would you agree?), however a key difference is the card issued in the US has a 0% transaction fee on overseas purchases, however in the UK it attracts a 2.99% fee each time it used abroad. For a premium travel card this seems unreasonable.
