I’m beyond excited to begin my next adventure as an Associate at Kearney. When I started my MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, I knew I wanted to go into strategy consulting to solve challenging problems with brilliant colleagues. So, when this opportunity to work in Kearney’s Strategic Operations practice & Product Lab (PERL) came out of nowhere, I realized the twists in the plot had been building an extraordinary story all along.? At Kearney, I’ll draw on my early-career experience in retail, my recent startup experience in the CPG beverage space, and my consulting experience in social impact & with Kearney’s Student Lab. What’s more - the love of product development and entrepreneurship I sparked through Booth’s New Products Lab, New Venture Strategy & New Venture Challenge evolved into this opportunity to guide the world’s biggest companies in reimagining their products. Of course, I will never forget the past year, which has made me a more resilient and compassionate leader. Thanks to the Booth community & Startup Leadership Program for inspiring me to dream and think differently. I can't wait to pay it forward to my fellow entrepreneurs, professors, staff, students & alumni. In the spring of 2020, the wake of COVID-19, I was a graduating MBA student with a rescinded strategy consulting offer. I faced an uncertain future, and so I focused on helping others. I consulted with small businesses to navigate local economic challenges in a global crisis. Leading The MBA Response, an organization doing similar work, was indeed an honor. Passionate people power nonprofits & startups, and I’m incredibly impressed with the MBA students who partner with talented small business owners to solve unique business challenges.
