【精彩回顾】政协海宁市十三届一次会议第1次全体会议

????Brazil Day 1 ???? I’m thrilled to have arrived in S?o Paulo today for my first ever visit to Brasil! ?? This week I’m the opening keynote for the Lean Institute Brasil Summit 2023 with over 1400 people attending in-person. And we are celebrating the upcoming release of the Brazilian Portuguese version of “Learning to Lead, Leading to Learn” with a book signing event too. ???? This week wraps up up my international Spring 2023 work tour with Brazil and my LATAM Lean Institute friends - I can’t wait for the week to come! I landed early Monday morning after overnight flights from the US and snuck in some afternoon touristing with fellow international keynoter Nigel Thurlow ???????????? and his wife. I bought a souvenir daruma (of course!) in Japantown and posed with a street art daruma on Batman’s Alley before returning to set up our AV for the big event. I’ll be opening the event in front of all 1400 participants tomorrow - and my second sessionis a *totally new* talk created for a new format for me (all concurrent session speakers on the main stage at the same time….with audience tuning in to their chosen speaker via headphones!). I’ve created new content with different ways to interact. It will be a fun experiment. Ganbatte! It was also wonderful to reunite with many friends and colleagues around the world over dinner and confernce prep including Carlos Frederico Pinto, Christopher Granville Thompson, Josh Howell, Angélica María Gutierrez Camacho, Juan David Ruiz Valencia, Flavio Battaglia, Dr Javier Sala Mercado, Robson Gouveia Flavio Augusto Picchi Luciana Gomes and many more! I’m excited for the learning, connections, and fun to be had this week.
