Having a horrible time with getting adequate support. The way the admin and the agent structure is setup is appalling. Will not recommend this to even a competitor. Bad service!

Tenho um chamado aberto há duas semanas e, até agora, n?o obtive retorno além de e-mails automáticos informando que está "em análise". Seria muito útil se houvesse uma forma de contato mais direta e eficiente ou, ao menos, uma atualiza??o mais clara sobre o andamento do caso. Acredito que uma comunica??o mais ágil ajudaria bastante na resolu??o dos problemas. Agrade?o a aten??o e espero que essa sugest?o possa contribuir para a melhoria do servi?o.
