As I reflect on my first year as the VP of People Experience (PX) at the University Co-op, I am filled with many emotions. Leading a new team through a year of transformation and growth has been both challenging and rewarding. Aside from our business as usual, below are a few key highlights and achievements as I reflect on our PX team achievements:
Growth & Development: We designed and launched a comprehensive learning needs analysis and strategy, resulting in the successful delivery of 8 workshops, 4 e-learning modules, 4 new toolkits/resources, and 2 new/revamped programs.
Human-Centered Design: We implemented HCD to scope, analyze, and design programs aimed at enhancing team member experiences.
Competency Models: We co-created five teams competency models to support various stages of our team members' lifecycle.
Community Moments: We implemented fun elements and celebrated successes through our monthly community moment events and supported during our store remodel.
Sales Growth & Development: We scoped, analyzed, and designed future growth and development to support our Sales Associates, including a revamp of the role onboarding experiences.

Knowledge Sharing: We built a PX library with processes and key cards using Whale (Stijn Smet).
Game Day Experience: We supported our team by working several game days and designed and launched a survey focused on enhancing game day experiences for our team members.
Intern Program: We partnered and collaborated with our Director of Internships and Career Experiences (Bradley Matthews) to revamp the future UCCS intern program.
These are just a handful of our key highlights of our many achievements together as a team. Looking ahead as we step into the New Year, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for our PX team. I am confident that with our team's curiosity, dedication & passion, we will continue to achieve great things together in FY25.
